PHOBS CRS includes internal channel manager allowing reservation forwarding and real-time price and inventory update over most productive sales channels in your area. For more demanding partners, 600+ channels connection in real time is supported through our contract with market leaders in Channel management.

Google Service Integration

PHOBS supports dynamic Google maps that are shown to the customer so that one or several accomodation facilities can be located easily.

Cross selling can be configured to operate via Google maps in real-time, thus showing exact locations and distances between offered accommodation facilities.

PHOBS Yield Manager

Yield Management is designed and developed with one single purpose – to allow hotels to incrase rates according to demand.

An alert feature can be set to generate e-mail warning at designated level of any type of available rooms at each hotel. This feature is built in to warn of increased demand and can be changed at any time.

PHOBS booking engine has payment tool that can automatically charge credit cards, and transfer funds, directly to hotel account. The system supports multiple payment gateways and multiple currencies. Credit cards info is handled with maximum care and security. For security reasons the clients personal info is encrypted and kept on the secure server.

The PHOBS Analytics Module is designed to generate any complex analysis you require, including full statistics in chart and graphics format, revenue comparison, revenue forecast, channel performance, revenue by market share and many other reports on a daily, monthly or yearly basis.

XML link to your local Bank

Configure local tax management and exchange rates to ensure your rates are always up to date. PHOBS will supply you with updated, live currency rates via your bank live XML feed.

The system connects to local banks for real-time exchange rates, so the clients can shop in their own currency.

XML link to local PMS

The XML link enables reservation forwarding to the hotel's PMS system. Any PMS system with OTA XML interface layer can be adapted to communicate directly with the PHOBS booking engine.
