Universal online booking tool
PHOBS booking engine supports reservations with an unlimited number of rooms per reservation, board reductions and supplements, arrival and departure transfers. Extra services such as wellness packages, local excursions, meeting room rentals, flowers and champagne in room are available to the client.
Virtual Front Office
Multilingual and multi currency interface with on-the-fly currency converter, detailed breakdown of prices, supplements, price reductions and taxes.
The client has full control over existing reservations based on access code. The client can also modify reservations, add or reduce rooms, change dates, book additional services or just cancel the whole reservation at any time - sales policy permitting.
Cross selling
Cross-selling is configurable and very efficient with our reservation system. In case of non-availability clients will be offered either alternative accommodations or possibility to re-schedule their stay, with real time availability calendar.
You can set cross selling in a way that each property cross-sells with all of the properties in a group, or only with similar properties. Golf hotels will cross sell only with Golf hotels and Pet friendly hotels will cross sell only with Pet friendly hotels. The cross selling function also works in a graphic mode with Google maps support.

Installation is easy and fast. PHOBS booking engine just adds a simple booking form to hotels existing web pages. The engine works on the internet, on any platform and with any web browser. Your inventory and prices are accessible at all times, from any PC in the world, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. A web browser and Internet connection is all it takes.
