PHOBS booking engine has payment tool that can automatically charge credit cards, and transfer funds, directly to hotel account. The system supports multiple payment gateways and multiple currencies. Credit cards info is handled with maximum care and security. For security reasons the clients personal info is encrypted and kept on the secure server.

PCI DSS (Payment Card Industry's Data Security Standards) allows PHOBS users the highest level of security for a credit card online business.
The system, supporting multiple payment gateways and multiple currencies, can be attached to several processors at the same time. The PHOBS Payment Gateway provides support to the sales policy of our partners regarding the non-refundable price list, a strategy of early booking and payment of deposits in reserves, all in order to improve cash flow from our partners.
Clients without credit cards can book via PHOBS as well. They will be offered to pay guarantee down payment instead of a guarantee by credit card. Down payments are governed by the sales policies. Each rate plan can have its own sales policy.
Reservation rescue tool
Sometimes the reservation process gets interupted due to Internet connectivity failure, power failure, or even the CC authorization server failure. In such cases PHOBS saves the reservation data up to the failure point, and if there was any valid contact info entered by the guest, such partial reservation will be forwarded to hotels call centre, reservations office or front office. The hotel personnel will then manually contact the guest to complete the initiated reservation thus minimazing the loss of reservations caused by reasons beyond the control of the hotelier.
