XML link to local PMS
The XML link enables reservation forwarding to the hotel's PMS system. Any PMS system with OTA XML interface layer can be adapted to communicate directly with the PHOBS booking engine.
PHOBS CRS can link to PMS either by one-way or two-way link. This link enables online reservations to land directly to hotels local PMS. In 2way connection you can push information for rates and inventory to Phobs.
The purpose of this connection is:
- to facilitate the integration
- save time for sales staff
- to reduce errors in data entry
- and to ensure that the reservations in real-time are visible on the desk regardless of the sales office working hours.
Either a "push" or "pull" implementation to your local Property Management System is available.
