PHOBS Voice
This module is developed for hotel reservation call centers to fasten the reservation procedure for both client and hotel.
The Voice Interface provides a simple voice reservation booking form, visible on one screen to fully support a reservation call center operation of even the largest hotel chains.
The operator has full flexibility while negotiating the price with ability to charge Credit cards and confirm reservations in real time. The reservations can be confirmed via several communication means including the confirmation by text messaging to mobile phones for motorized inquirers.
Due to the direct connection of PHOBS Voice to the hotel's PMS system, the reservation is forwarded imediately to update the reservation list.
