INSTALL BOOKING FORM ON YOUR HOTEL SITE
- Multilingual and multi currency interface with on-the-fly currency converter, detailed breakdown of prices, supplements, price reductions and taxes. The client has full control over existing reservation based on access code. Client can modify reservation, add or reduce rooms, change dates, book additional services or just cancel the whole reservation at any time - sales policy permitting.
VIRTUAL FRONT OFFICE
- PHOBS booking engine supports reservations with unlimited number of rooms per reservation, board reductions and supplements, arrival and departure transfers. Extra services such as wellness packages, local excursions, meeting room rentals, flowers and champagne in room, are available to client.
UNIVERSAL ONLINE BOOKING TOOL
- The highest level of credit cards processing is applied, using secure servers. The system issues payment forms or reservation confirmation/voucher valid for boarder crossing purposes where applicable.
CREDIT CARDS PROCESSING
- Clients without credit cards can book via PHOBS reservation system as well. They will be offered to pay guarantee down payment instead of guarantee by credit card. Down payments are governed by the sales policies. Each rate plan can have its own sales policy.
CLIENTS WITHOUT CREDIT CARDS
- Cross-selling is configurable and very efficient with our reservation system. In case of non-availability clients will be offered either alternative accommodations or possibility to re-schedule their stay, with real time availability calendar.
You can set cross selling in a way that each property cross-sells with all of the properties in a group, or only with similar properties. Golf hotels will cross sell only with Golf hotels and Pets friendly hotels will cross sell only with Pets friendly hotels. The cross selling function also works in graphic mode with Google maps support.
CROSS SELLING
- Our booking engine comes with multilingual and multi currency back office offering familiar environment to sales professionals. Unlimited number of properties per chain, unlimited number of accommodation units per property, virtual rooms and over-sale of the capacities are possible.
PHOBS BACK OFFICE
- Every system user can have different permissions, can access one or more properties, can view or change some or all of the system sections. Users activity is recorded in the system log and system admin can check at any time, which user has changed, deleted or added info to the system. Reservation history log records every change made either by client or sales office. In case of dispute the changes can be restored and fully documented.
USERS MANAGEMENT AND SECURITY
- Administrator can create unlimited number of rate plans. Rate plans can include all accommodation units or just selected ones. Each room can have separate description, photos and sales policy. Automatic translation of sales policy is done just by checking the appropriate check box. Rates and inventory can be arranged and updated on seasonal, monthly, weekly or daily basis. The rate plans can be defined in various currencies found in your local bank's exchange rates sheet.
RATES
- All standard and non-standard discounts and supplements are supported. Board reductions, children reductions, extra person reductions, honeymoon and marriage reductions and many others.
PHOBS system has internal "discount wizard" alowing the administrator to define ANY discount variation found on the market.
System supports the following supplements: Breakfast, HB, FB, All inclusive, Baby cot, Extra bed, Transfers, Champagne or flowers in room, Internet access, and many other admin configurable supplements.
The campsite module has internal reduction and supplement wizard that acuratelly calculates totals applying all imaginable types of reductions and supplements like: car parking, boat mooring, persons supplements, pets (dogs and cats separatelly), various extra charges, insurance, reservation fees if applicable, senior citizen discounts, auto-clubs membership discounts etc.
REDUCTIONS AND SUPPLEMENTS
- Unlimited number of contingents or room allocations can be defined within the system. They can be accessible to all clients, or only to access code holders. Assign unlimited contingents or allotments of accommodation units to your partners. Management of all B2B sales channels from single point of control. Contingents and allotments can be raised or decreased related to your sales partner.
INVENTORY, CONTINGENT, ALLOTMENTS OR ALLOCATION OF ROOMS
- System supports full local tax management, tax seasons, tax discounts, reservation charge, insurance and other extra charges. Where required, taxes are calculated separately from board rates.
TAX MANAGEMENT
- The Stop booking facility which can effect all of the inventory, a particular contingent of rooms, particular room, or particular partner. Stop booking fully suspends any new reservations while resetting the inventory to zero, can still produce new reservation in case that someone cancels.
STOP BOOKING
- Reservations from all sources and sales channels (GDS, IDS, ADS) land in the same reservation table. Once the reservation has been confirmed, the reservation system sends the confirmation to the client and the reservation notification to the sales office. The reservations can be sent by mail, fax or SMS. The list of reservations can be filtered, sorted and exported to Excel format for further processing. Rooming lists, transfer list or occupancy sheets can be produced and printed.
RESERVATIONS SYSTEM
- PHOBS booking engine has payment tool that can automatically charge credit cards, and transfer funds, directly to hotel account. The system supports multiple payment gateways and multiple currencies. Credit cards info is handled with maximum care and security. For security reasons the clients personal info is encrypted and kept on the secure server.
PAYMENT/GUARANTEE MODES
- Sometimes the reservation process gets interupted due to Internet connectivity failure, power failure, or even the CC authorization server failure. In such cases PHOBS saves the reservation data up to the failure point, and if there was any valid contact info entered by the guest, such partial reservation will be forwarded to hotels call centre, reservations office or front office. The hotel personnel will then manually contact the guest to complete the initiated reservation thus minimazing the loss of reservations caused by reasons beyond the control of the hotelier.
RESERVATION RESCUE TOOL
- Booking System puts on hold every reservation that does not have a valid guarantee, or required payment has not been made. The system admin can either confirm or decline such reservation subject to availability.
REQUESTS AND "ON HOLD RESERVATIONS"
- Pack anything with this universal tool. Use existing rate plans or calculate new values, add transfers, sightseeing tours, cruises or other services, and offer them as packages. Packages can use the existing rate plans and automatically change values as seasons change or special package rate plans can be produced. each package can have its own inventory and sales policy.
DYNAMIC PACKAGING
- PHOBS reservation system comes with powerful and scalable business to business section. Small retail agents can work side-by-side with large tour operators, can have negotiated rates and dedicated allocation of rooms. These rates and dedicated inventory are protected by an access code and only the 'code holder' can access them. The system supports large scale agents operating on several markets, and can define unlimited allotments and rate plans for such partners.
B2B
- PHOBS reservation system includes detailed statistics and dynamic reporting tool that can configure reports to meet users particular requirements. Statistics are available in table and graphic format with animated charts. Statistics are exportable to Excel format, for additional processing and formatting.
REPORTING AND STATISTICS
- PHOBS booking engine includes a simple to operate one-screen voice engine to fully support a Call centre operation of even largest hotel chains. The operator has full flexibility while negotiating the price with ability to charge Credit cards and confirm reservations in real time. The reservations can be confirmed via several communication means including the confirmation by text messaging to mobile phones for motorized inquirers.
CALL CENTRE SUPPORT
- PHOBS reservation system supports dynamic Google maps with price categories shown in different colors. Cross selling can be configured to operate via Google maps in real-time thus showing exact locations and distances between offered accommodation facilities.
GOOGLE MAP SUPPORT
- Seamless two-way interface to Sabre, Amadeus, Worldspan and Galileo GDS reservation systems. PHOBS CRS users can easily offer their inventory to huge community of travel agents linked to GDS systems,
or hundreds of hotel booking sites via Pegasus ODD.
The reservations from these GDS channels are treated in the same way as reservations originating from hotels own web site, including full statistics and reporting.
We have built a distribution hub alowing a user to access GDS, IDS and ADS reservation sites as well as many other independent reservation sites from a single centrail point of control. Besides our own GDS representation, we can technically support any existing GDS relationship via several providers alowing the partner hotel to have several GDS providers at the same time. This is a very convenient feature for hotel chains that use more then one chain code and have several brand memberships.

CHANNEL MANAGEMENT
- PHOBS CRS can link to any local PMS either by one-way or two-way link. This link enables online reservations to land directly to hotels local PMS. This is optional feature, subject to a separate agreement with the developer of particular local PMS.
